McDonald’s Finds the Perfect Pitchman
In "McDonald’s Succumbs to Hedgehogs’ Needs" (London, AP, 09/01/06) we learn that the McFlurry cup has been redesigned with a larger opening because hedgehogs were getting their heads stuck in them (in the cups tossed on the side of the road in the U.K.) and then starving to death.
Man, that’s an awful way to go, eh? And hedgehogs are really cute and we should do all we can to help them. Kudos to McDonald’s U.K. for doing what was necessary for a speedy resolution to this issue.
Now, about those chickens and cows . . .
